Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the implementation of the Open Door Assessment program across 30+ schools in select regions of India.
2. Facilitating mathematics and science training sessions for teachers to enhance their instructional skills.
3. Leading and managing a team and ensuring smooth coordination and successful execution of responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Candidates from IIT/NIT/IISc/IIM.
• Skill(s) required: Biology, Chemistry, Effective Communication, Mathematics, Negotiation & Problem-solving, Physics, Project Management.

Who Can Apply:

• Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Other Requirements:

1. M.Sc/B.Tech/MBA background from premier institutes like IITs/NITs/IISER/IIM, etc.
2. Ability to view science from a different perspective.
3. Capability to manage uncertain situations.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary:

Annual CTC: ₹8,50,000 - 13,00,000 /year.
